Blue cheese sauce :)

Just finished lunch, I just had left over veggies from dinner and I spooned out a bit of soft blue cheese and stirred that through a vegan mayonnaise.
Wee twist of black pepper, shake of salt, snipped off the celery leaves from the stalks in the jar, and added a little bundle of washed bittercress weeds.

When I used to attend our local radio club, we had to use a large strimmer to clear the stuff from the edge of the car park.

I suspect it's like Mullein. It too was nowhere to be found around here. I bought some seeds, it grew fine, and we 'guerilla gardened' it in waste ground.
No problem finding it now

This was weel wrought ground around here, folks redded out weeds and grew something beautiful or edible. From all the comments I reckon it would have been seen as too invasive to let loose.

Like mint. Though quite why you'd want to get rid of a decent mint escapes me

I presently grow six different varieties. I grow them in big pots though.
