Syrniki, a Ukrainian cheesy sconey type thing 
Measurements for 6 syrniky.
1 egg
180gr cottage cheese.
1 spoon vanilla sugar or some vanilla flavouring
1 spoon sugar, more if you like it sweeter.
1 spoon semolina (dry not the tinned pudding)
1-2 spoons of flour
Mix everything well until you get the consistency of stiff dough, separate into roughly scone sized pieces and flatten out a bit;
cook in a covered frying pan on low heat (so the center cooks without burning the outside) with a little oil or clarified butter until they are browned as per the image.
