No idea where any of them are apart from the last one which is an abandoned casino in Romania.
The piano/cello house is in Huainan, China. In a coal-producing area, Huainan is also thought to be the place where tofu was invented. So, maybe there is more to the black and white theme than just the piano keys. The space ship is in Karuwizara, Japan
