From what I've read there are two, one of which is a near identical rip-off of the other. Neither is cheap.

I know my knives are users, not drawer queens or kept specially good, but even so.
£120 to £349....sorry, but I'm still doing fine with a bit of 2" wide, half inch thick, and 16" long bit of timber with some heavyweight veg tanned leather glued onto it. I have four grades of stropping compound, and it not only will last me out, but it keeps things sharp without any bother.
Total cost was a tenner in Bill's Tool Store for a selection of stropping compounds, and I knitted a pair of socks for Russ who made the strop for me in exchange :)

I had no intention of buying but I missed Marc's post and wondered about the efficacy of it.:)
