No. It does give relief of various lengths of time. I still can't get used to the vibrations feeling like that are going around much of my body, especially one's teeth and I.

After two days hunched over a PC bashing data into a spreadsheet, sat in the wrong type of chair, I have a pain between my shoulders which I can't reach with the massager.

Overall I would say that it was a worthwhile purchase, but it is important to keep up the treatment, also as mentioned, one can often need someone else to do the massaging.

I get that exact pain in the back at certain points in the year when data needs doing. There's an exercise called a face-pull that seems to sort it out. You can do it in the gym on the machines or replicate it readily enough with an exercise band or a length of medical tubing and any reliable fixed point. Works.

Also sitting upright and pushing the back of your head into the chair for 15 seconds of so (repeat) really helps too.
