I have had lower back pain on and off for about 35 years, caused by a poor lifting technique and weights that I should have considered beyond safe. Back then though, a company's health and safety responsibility seemed to add up to displaying the 1974 Health and Safety at Work Act poster.
My pain is definitely muscular, and a course of treatment at the chiropracter usually sort me out, but this is now about £300, and I need a cheaper method, so I have started to look at Massage Guns on Amazon. HERE
Has anyone on here experience of these? Is it worth buying one? Trips to the chiro are like torture, and whilst he is pummeling me I tend to call him some choice names. I can't believe that these massage guns are any worse, but are they any good?
