You’re quite right. I have this stupid habit of owning to my mistakes when it would be so much easier to blame one and all, starting with daughter and wife. I need to work on that!

I checked the thermostat in our house this morning, it had dropped to 12.5°
How does the place lose heat that fast? Perhaps a burglar has broken in and left the doors open?

When I got home from work at 10 I had 3 choices from my wife. It was a lovely cold sunny day. 1. Go for a walk on the canal. 2. Go to boundry mill (shopping outlet) look round, buy shit we don't need and have lunch. 3. Go look for a new stair carpet. I chose number 2. Glad I did as it's pissed down all afternoon and it's still raining now. Got a new carry on case, sunglasses and my wife got a couple of stuff for our holiday.
